Prime Cycle Takes Classes Outdoors

All classes are 45 or 60 minutes long and follow a rhythm riding method, with state-of-the-art bikes that track statistics such as calories burned and miles ridden, says Julie Insogna-Jarret, co-owner of the Hoboken studio.
“We’re known for our strong sense of community and our all-are-welcome mantra,” she says. “All fitness levels can ride with our highly trained and experienced instructors.”
