Anchor Therapy Offers Tele-Health Counseling
Courtney Glashow
“Therapy is the anchor that holds
life together through choppy waters,” says Courtney Glashow, a psychotherapist
and licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Anchor Therapy, a
counseling center in Hoboken. To help people stay afloat in these difficult
times, Anchor Therapy is now providing tele-health (video/phone) counseling
sessions to any resident of New Jersey, Glashow says.
The
center has licensed counselors who specialize in helping children, teens, young
adults, parents, couples and families. They are experts in treating anxiety,
social anxiety, panic attacks, depression, couples/relationship problems, OCD,
behavioral issues, school or work issues, trauma, grief, postpartum depression
and family issues, as well as providing LGBTQ+ support.
“We currently run a LGBTQ+ teens summer support group and
plan to have more groups in the near future on video and in the office,” Glashow
says. “If you are a resident of New Jersey and interested in our services,
check out our website for more information, and fill out the form at the bottom
of any page to get started.”
