Busy Bee Is Back—And Better

Busy Bee Organics is back—and it’s better than ever, says Founder and Chef Michelle Berckes. The Jersey City eatery, which specializes in health-supportive meals, has enhanced its headquarters to include in-store specials, a new café menu and limited outdoor seating.

“We have choices to accommodate every dietary restriction and allergy, so customers can expect to find delicious options for everyone—organic, plant based, customizable and 100 percent gluten free,” she says.

Through the peak of COVID-19, Berckes and her team worked long hours to continue serving nutritious, immune-boosting eats to the local community.

“On top of fueling customers with wholesome ingredients, we also delivered meals and masks for local hospitals and frontline workers,” she says. “Now that Busy Bee has officially reopened, we continue to be laser focused on bringing ease and peace of mind with a nourishing menu designed with people’s health and busy schedules in mind.”
