Try the Happiness Program
The Happiness Program is an immersive, three-day journey into
powerful breathing and mind mastery techniques. An introductory workshop will
be offered from 4:30 to 6 p.m., November 9, at the Art of Living Meditation
& Yoga Studio.
At the core of the program is the sudarshan kriya, a
science-backed breathing technique that can deeply harmonize the whole system
by cleansing daily accumulated stress and negativity and unlocking inner
freedom and joy.
This workshop is taught in 156 countries worldwide and in 283
cities across the U.S. Participants will discover how breathing and meditation
techniques can radically change their life; the powerful ‘bellows breath’ that
will boost energy; the peace and calm of a unique guided meditation; and the
tendencies of the mind and how to overcome them.
