Visit the Kids’ Lab at Liberty Science Center
The Jennifer A. Chalsty Center for Science Learning and Teaching
and BASF Corporation have partnered to run the kids’ lab program since 2010.
Since then, more than 9,800 youngsters have experienced the wonders of
chemistry there.
The Kids’ Lab is for children 6 to 12 years old. Lab sessions are
held at 12:15 and 2:15 p.m. The remaining 2019 sessions are Clever Foodies on
November 9; Energy Loves Produce on December 14; Playful Polymers on December
24; Candy Loves Chemistry on December 26; and Rainbow Connection on December
27.
Participation is free with paid LSC admission or membership;
reservations must be made on the day of the visit. Arrive at the box office at
least 30 minutes before the session to obtain an admission ticket.
