As a GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Diet Practitioner, I have developed a product line for proper supplementation based on my experiences working with clients. The products that I have chosen are highly effective and safe for anyone who follows the GAPS diet. My first job as a GAPS practitioner was to translate and publish the GAPS diet book written by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride into Japanese because there was no information on the GAPS diet in Japan.

In the seven years from 2005 to 2012, the special needs population increased tenfold in Japan, where the majority of people eat simple carbohydrates (mostly white rice) three times a day religiously, where MSG was invented and mass-produced, and where people are completely dependent on the well-maintained government health insurance so that individuals end up taking more pills than in the U.S.

In addition to a GAPS diet, supplementation can be very beneficial. I realized that the quality of supplements sold in Japan were not acceptable to help and properly heal my clients who suffered from autism, ADD, speech delay, OCD, depression, IBS or any digestive issues and severe eczema.

Most of the probiotic supplements were over-processed consisting of artificial ingredients such as sugar, food coloring, antifungals, anticaking emulsions and more. They made my client’s health even worse. In response, I developed a line of supplements to enhance my client’s health. This was the complement to the work I was doing helping clients heal using the GAPS diet.

I found that people can heal with the GAPS diet, proper supplementation as well as changes in attitude and behavior. I hope my Japanese Samurai soul-based GAPS diet and proper supplementation can help support you and your loved ones on your health journey.
