Learn to Practice the Sudarshan Kriya
The
HBKN Meditation Club & Art of Living presents Secrets to Meditation, a
Meditation and Breathing Workshop, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., January 8. In this
free, 90-minute introductory workshop to the Art of Living Happiness Program,
participants will discover how breathing and meditation techniques can
radically change their life; the powerful “bellows breath” to boost energy; the
peace and calm of a unique guided meditation; and the tendencies of the mind
and how to overcome them.
At the
core of the program is the Sudarshan Kriya, the number one, science-backed
breathing technique that can harmonize the whole system by cleansing daily
accumulated stress and negativity and unlock inner freedom and joy.
