Prime Cycle + Body Offers Premiere Indoor Cycling
In the heart of Hoboken lies Prime Cycle + Body, a newly opened, high-end boutique fitness studio, replete with premiere indoor cycling. Founder and owner Julie Insogna-Jarrett has opened doors at 33-41 Newark Street, 2nd Floor, with three studios to accommodate epic workouts, complete with river views.

Indoor cycling is a total-body workout and works all the major muscle groups. It is also a wonderful way to improve cardiovascular health. Similar to other forms of cardio, including running, swimming and elliptical training, it’s ideal for those who want a cardio workout without putting too much stress on their joints.
Riding a stationary bike reduces your risk of injury and makes you less prone to falls, which is
ideal for people who have balance concerns. This includes people with
osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis who may have balance difficulties after
becoming inactive due to pain.

Notoriously challenging, which means results, it is important to commit to regular classes, with the ideal being three to six classes per week for a total of 150 minutes. A journal or app can be used to track progress.
