Maternal Resources, which provides OB/GYN resources for pregnant women throughout the New Jersey-New York City metro area, will host a childbirth class via Zoom at 8 a.m. December 12. Participants will learn what to expect during childbirth, how their partners can support them, and all about making informed decisions during this important time.

Founded in 2002 in Nanuet, New York, by high-risk perinatologist Dr. Yaakov Abdelhak, Maternal Resources now has offices in Hackensack, Howell, Jersey City and Hoboken. It is affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center.

With their integrative NatureBack approach to pregnancy, the team at Maternal Resources aims to avoid C-sections and successfully carry out vaginal births, even with breech and twin deliveries.
