Celebrate Valentines Day with Couples Yoga events in Hoboken
Get closer and let body language do the talking. Learn Yoga poses where breathing, touching and moving together is key. “In Couples Yoga the day-to-day agendas fade and you really see your partner, it’s alot of fun and also quite intimate” says Kelly Naughton,e-RYT and founder of Flexible Rhythm Yoga. She will be facilitating 4 events and understands how important it is to schedule some dedicated “We time” having been married for over 20 years. To attend, some basic yoga experience is good, but not necessary to enjoy a session of Couples Yoga. Couples Yoga can improve the health of your relationships so much more than a dinner out and it’s worth considering making it a monthly date night.
